My god you’re a younger female version of me. I moved 7 times in the same little town of 150 people. Took joining the army for me to get away. Raised by a single mom who was an active addict then, she had been clean for nearly 14 years now. Welcome to the blogging world, nice to meet you, and I look forward to more of your work.

Haha thank you!! It’s good to be here. It’s nice to meet you as well. I’ve read some of your work, it’s amazing. I cannot wait to read more about you!! I couldn’t even tell you how long my mom’s been clean cause I think she’s still having problems. 😦

A lot of my work involves triggers for people.. Tread carefully please, my mind is a dark place and very little of what I post involves rainbows and sunshine and unicorns.

That’s fine. Haha. I’ve been clean for almost 9 years. Triggers don’t bother me anymore. But I thank you for your warning. 🙂

Thanks.. It wasn’t hard for me to give up the alcohol and drugs. Something came along that I simply loved more than that feeling. She turned 13 last month.

Thanks.. She saved my life.. Her and her brother are the only good things that came out of that marriage. But I wouldn’t change a thing for fear I would have missed out on those two in the process
